Your access to the information contained in www.MedicalEd.com (the “Web Site”) is subject to the provisions outlined in this legal agreement. By accessing and/or using the contents of this site, you agree to the provisions stated herein and enter into a legally binding agreement with MediCom Worldwide, Inc. (hereafter "MediCom," together with any affiliates thereof, or its successors and assigns) to abide by provisions as stated in the agreement. Content and Other Information: The content of this Web Site and other information accessible on this Web Site, including, but not limited to, educational materials, scientific content, graphic designs, video, audio, photographic or literary content (the "Information") is owned by or licensed to MediCom, its faculty, or certain third parties. This Information is provided to you solely for your personal use, in conjunction with MediCom sponsored lectures or events. You may not access or use this Information for commercial, or any other purposes that may be reasonably considered to be in competition with MediCom's services. You may not modify, republish, post, transmit or distribute any information without the express written consent of MediCom. You may copy this information only for your personal use. MediCom expressly retains all rights, titles and interest in and to any information. Failure to adhere to these provisions could subject you to penalties under federal intellectual property law.

Registration: When you register for this MediCom Web Site, you must provide true, accurate and complete registration information. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password, and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure.

To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, at this time MediCom is only available to users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not register to use this MediCom Web Site service.

Privacy Policy: MediCom considers your personal registration information, i.e., your address, telephone number, e-mail address, and similar information, to be private and such personal information is used solely by MediCom for the purposes of communicating with you regarding the Web Site, providing you with information or services based on your request, and awarding appropriate Continuing Medical, Nursing, or Pharmacy Education credit as earned. We will not disclose or supply your private personal registration information collected on this Web Site to any third party.

You may choose to disclose or not disclose the private information we request during the registration process; however, if you choose not to disclose the requested information, we will be unable to process your continuing education credit or provide you with some or all of the services you request.

We may disclose your private information to accrediting organizations and other third parties that we work with to the extent necessary to fulfill your requests for services, information, and continuing education credit.

Jurisdiction: This Legal Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any conflict of laws and provisions. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper and convenient in the state and federal courts situated in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Severability: If any provision of this Legal Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of this Legal Agreement, and the remainder of this Legal Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: The failure of MediCom to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Legal Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Survival: The provisions of this Legal Agreement, which by their nature would continue beyond termination or expiration of this Legal Agreement, shall survive such termination or expiration.
